Culture forms through repetition.
Four FAC days.
(Yes, FAC, that’s our acronym, hehehe)
Four containers.
Endless variation inside the frame.
We don’t build events.
We build rhythm.
And rhythm builds belonging.
Daytime Session
The clear mind slot.
Tuesday daytime is for focused making with sharp edges.
This is when we write and draw with rules tight enough to feel safe and dangerous at the same time.
Repeat containers
Trans missions (writing) + Future Figure (drawing)
What rotates
prompts
constraints
time structures
bodily states
You leave with pages.
You leave with marks.
You don’t need inspiration.
You just show up.
Max 15 people.
Every Thursday, 11:00–14:00
This is not a class. This is not a workshop. This is not yoga instruction.
It’s open studio time.
You can:
come sit in the space
do yoga
write
work
stretch
drink tea
be quiet
exist around other people without interacting
No facilitation. No program. No pressure.
Max 10 people.
Daytime Session
The threshold before the weekend.
Friday daytime is for voice, language, and crossing wires.
We loosen thought before the week closes.
We scramble the signal a little.
Repeat containers
Voice Lab + Hybrid Practice
What rotates
texts used
sound rules
pacing
silence
This session often feels strange in a good way.
You might feel clearer.
You might feel scrambled.
Both are correct.
Max 15 people.
Saturday night at Future Ancestor Club is for sound, bodies, and collective atmosphere.
This is when things get loose. Sometimes it’s a drone bath. Sometimes it’s voice, breath, noise.
Sometimes writing leaks into sound, sound into drawing, drawing into silence.
We don’t announce everything in advance.
You’re not meant to prepare.
What rotates
sound jams + voice labs + hybrid practices + open experimental fields
You can come to make. You can come to listen.
You can come to disappear for a bit.
Saturday night is not productive.
It’s potent.
